Sepia-toned image of Okito and his assistant Polising, in blackface, posed performing an early version of Bamberg’s act, a canary about to be shot from a pistol into an empty cage in the assistant’s hand. On an embossed mount, 6 ½ x 8”. Mount worn, else very good.
