JACKSON, Andrew (1767-1845). Signed presidential land grant for William Johnson of Jackson County 2 April 1829 (“Andrew Jackson”). One 4to page (250 x 403 mm) on printed parchment of General Land Office document template, with the seal of the General Land Office affixed to lower left corner (lightly toned, soiled, 2 horizontal and 2 vertical creases, a few short tears at creases, margins of document a bit uneven, some of the manuscript signatures and notations are faint). Johnson was granted 80 acres of land in Lexington, MO. Beautifully matted, framed and glazed, with an image of Jackson and an engraved plaque. Frame size: 838 x 760 mm.
