Pictorial letterpress double bill for Anderson's appearance at the Royal Lyceum Theatre for the week of October 29, 1855. Anderson presents twelve acts, including an expose of spirit rapping; the right side of the bill features a lengthy letter from D.D. Hume [Home] regarding his mediumship below a wood-engraved image showing table-tipping, a divining pendulum, and other inexplicable phenomena. Also advertised is the 104th edition of Anderson's Shilling's Worth of Magic. 20 x 19 ¾". A few tears and pinholes, reinforced at verso, minor browning and old folds. A-.
