SIGNED by Groening and INITIALED and dated by Panter. Prompted by an employee of Graphitti Comic Art Gallery, the host of a meet-and-greet with the two artists. Created five years prior to the debut of The Simpsons, when Panter was the better-known artist of the two for his set design on Pee Wee's Playhouse as well as his roles with the Screamers. Groening's portion 21 x 41"; Panter's portion 22 ½ x 41". Together 27 x 41". [Together with] the scarce original flyer to the meet and greet taking place April 14, 1984. Depicting Panter's Jimbo punk character with a Groening character on his shoulders. 11 x 8 ½". Stable overall; cardboard with creases from previous storage; edge wear; wrinkling.
