Photo-offset poster of Beuys advertising “The Energy Plan for Western Man” at the New School for Social Research in New York. This was the first visit of the well-listed German Fluxus artist, Joseph Beuys, to the United States at the invitation from the New York gallerist, Ronald Feldman. “Joseph Beuys” signed in red ink. 56 x 37 ½”. Concentrated staining at edges and upper image, small closed tear to lower border, later paper restoration to upper edge. B. Linen backed.
