The performer invites four spectators to each pick an envelope from a group of five, one of which contains a $10 bill; no matter what envelopes the spectators choose, the performer always has the $10 bill in the remaining fifth envelope. Wooden tray painted black and gold. Scuffs to surface, glue residue on bottom. Good.
