Jumbo Card Restoration Frame. Eric Lewis [?], ca. 1970. A jumbo card is torn to pieces, then reappears, piece-by-piece, in a handsome decorated frame elevated from the table on a metal and wooden stand. Complex Okito/Willmann-designed mechanism, with clockwork motor in base to trigger release. 24 ¾” high. With custom wooden packing case. As the card visibly restores, one section appears out-of-order (back out). A moment later, it visibly turns over. Then the restored card drops from the frame in to the performer’s waiting hand.
