Howel’s Original Cherry-Julep 5 Cent Syrup Dispenser With Pump. Very nice example of this highly collectable syrup dispenser. Gold pin striping around top and bottom of base. 16” to top of pump. Hairline crack at rear of base otherwise excellent.
