Pair of Chicago Street Scene Photographs, Bucktown. Chas. E. Barker, 1930s. The first showing storefronts at 1511-13-15 Milwaukee Avenue, including an ice skates, candy, and cutlery shop, automobiles parked along the street; the second depicting the Murray Envelopes building, a worker standing on the street. 7 ½ x 9 ¾”. Credit stamps and ink notations to versos. Together with a news photo (1947) from the Chicago Herald American showing a polling place at Henry’s Barber Shop.
