Fly-To Cage. European, late nineteenth century. Black toleware props with gilt, silver, and orange decal scrollwork. A metal birdcage vanishes from inside a box, yet reappears in a handsome metal stand previously shown empty. Stand 10 ¾” tall; Box 5 ½” square. Finish lightly worn.
