Willard, Harry. Harry Willard’s Cone and Block of Wood. Circa 1940. Props for a perennially popular magic trick in the Willard show, comprising a wooden “skittle” and shell, chromed metal cone with snug-fitting conical wooden block, and paper shell, the latter signed by Willard. Sold with the original sign from the Egyptian Hall of Nashville, stating, “Cone & Block of Wood…Presented to Egyptian Hall by the Greatest Magician of All Harry Willard (1895 – 1970).” Largest 8 ¾” high. Worn from use.
