F. Grote & Co. Faro Case Keeper. New York, ca. 1880s. Folding walnut frame, original strips, white and red counters, having a scarce closed back design covered in blue paper. 13 ¾ x 11” (open). Long stress crack to one side of case, but in stable condition with otherwise only minor age-consistent wear.
