Fan-Ta-Bill. Oak Park, Ill.: Mazda Magic, 1940s. A borrowed dollar bill is crumpled and placed in the lap of the Buddha figure, then lit on fire. A moment later, the dollar reappears inside a covered jar which was previously empty. Height of cover 5”. Buddha marked on the base “Mazda Magic.” Very good.
