Sacred Candle of India. Glendale: Loyd, ca. 1940s. A candle resting in a red and green stand is covered with a chrome tube. The candle is removed and vanished in a sheet of newspaper, then appears in the stand. Clever mechanical method, base unscrews for re-setting. Height 10”. Light paint chipping; candle not supplied.
