Silk in Lightbulb. Circa 1970. A brightly lit lamp suddenly goes out, and when the shade is removed, a previously vanished handkerchief is discovered inside the lamp’s bulb. Aluminum and wooden construction; unusual mechanism. 15” high, inclusive of shade. Said to be one of two units manufactured.
