Molded plastic with metal frame and drive; this is a replica of the iconic hot dog shaped vehicle famously used to promote and advertise Oscar Mayer products. It is a real, child-sized pedal car with working steering wheel and chain drive, used as a promotional item and issued to grocery stores in the 1970s; it could only be had by winning a contest; it has large “Oscar Mayer” labels on sides, with “Wienermobile” name on front and back; the name is also molded into the rear license plate area; overall very clean with no cracks or breaks, VF/VF+. 46 x 22 x 22”.
