Wide brass tie bar with hanging chains holding an enamel cloisonné decoration designed to look like a 1 cent piece of wrapped bubble gum. Back is stamped with the Fleer name and the year it was made. (3) original wax paper gum advertisement wrappers included. Bright original luster. Fine.
