Nash, Martin. Martin Nash’s Gold Three-Dollar Coin Ring. Being an 1884 $3 Indian Head gold coin in a gold setting, fabricated for and worn by Martin Nash, the “Charming Cheat.” The gold piece set in the ring was a keepsake of Nash’s grandfather, which he then had set in to the ring. Including documents from the trustee of the Nash estate attesting to the provenance of the ring.
