Works include a 2-volume Poems (1864), The Golden Legend (1862), Song of Hiawatha (1863), The Courtship of Miles Standish (1860), and the scarce first edition of Tales of a Wayside Inn (1863). Exterior lightly rubbed; interior generally toned at margins with contemporary owner bookplates on front pastedowns.
