Engraved frontispiece. 58 engraved plates by Cornelius Bloemart after drawings of subjects from classical mythology by Abraham Van Diepenbeeck commissioned by Jacques Favereau. Large 8vo. [20], 476, [6]. Spine leather mostly missing or rotted; text block itself still intact, front board starting, boards completely rubbed with bumped corners and two small gashes to rear board, interior generally clean.
