Walton, William. World’s Columbian Exposition: Art and Architecture. Philadelphia: George Barrie & Son, [1893]. Two volumes, half gilt-ruled brown morocco over pebbled cloth, boards lettered and pictorially stamped in gilt, spines tooled and lettered in gilt, moiré endpapers, a.e.g. Folio. Profusely illustrated with photogravure plates from paintings, drawings, etched plates, color photolithographic plates of architecture, in paper mats, and halftones from photographs. Joints deteriorated; boards detached but present, corners rubbed down to boards, front leaves detached but intact. Contents clean and bright.
