Heart of Glass Penetration. German, ca. 1940. A sheet of glass in a wooden frame is offset by a nickeled heart shape on either side. Paper placed between the glass and heart is pierced by a sword, yet when the paper is removed, the glass underneath is unharmed. With fitted custom case. Frame 9 ½ x 8”. Minor scratches; very good.
