Taken in Chicago the same year as the Columbian Exposition where the Wild West show was located just outside its doors, Cody can be seen here standing next to his saddlebag and holding his round barrel Model 1873 Winchester rifle. Stamped facsimile signature. 6 ½ x 4 ¼”. Trifle staining to lower margin, else fine.
