[Postcards] Postcards, Snapshots and Ephemera of Magicians, Some Signed. 1920s/40s. Over 25 pieces total, kept by Texas magician John Dittmar, including pieces from his trip to Berlin, Germany in the late 1920s. Postcards, most of which are RPPC, include Otto Lux (signed), Charles Raymond (signed), Jose Stuller, Heverly, Alberto “Australia’s Droll Deceptionist,” Robert Wassman (signed), C. Porter Norton, and “Cemper’s Wonderzebra.” Other pieces include an invitation to a “Stag” honoring F.E. Powell; pictorial ad cards for Charles Nagle and Jan Hagoort “The Holland Mystic”; a greeting card signed by Ducrot; snapshots signed by Mysterious Howard; and more. Some pieces mounted to loose scrapbook leaves, but most loose. Nice lot.
