Signed by James Blaylock (twice; once on title page and the other on limitation page), Tim Powers, Phil Parks, and Dean Koontz on limitation page. Included with a signed manuscript short story introduction in Blaylock’s hand and mounted inside the clamshell case. Publisher’s blue leather with illustration affixed to front cover, author’s signature stamped in gilt to rear board, match blue leather clamshell case titled in gilt. Portrait photo of Blaylock affixed to verso of title page. Oblong 8vo. Fine. A.S.A.P. Publishing asked Blaylock if he would write a short story based on the Illustration by Phil Parks as seen on the front cover. The result was a fantasy story title ‘The Old Curiosity Shop.’
