Einstein, Albert. Albert Einstein Typed Letter Signed. Old Lyme, Conn: June 13, 1935. One page (10 ½ x 7 ¼”), on his personal letterhead, in German, to Avraham Yarmolinsky, in full and in translation: “Thank you very much for sending your book about one of the most interesting people who ever lived. As soon as I have time, I will start reading your work. With excellent regards” and signed in blue ink “A. Einstein”. Included with the original bill of sale and mailer(October 5th, 1979) from a dealer and member of the Manuscript Society, a TLS from the Executor and Trustee of the estate of Albert Einstein asking the owner of this letter to create a xerox copy so that they can add the piece to their archive which they were compiling published and unpublished writings of Einstein, and a TLS from the dealer (M.M. Hahn of Dana’s House) of the letter requesting on behalf of the Einstein estate to again send copies of this letter to them. Two horizontal folds visible as issued. A fine example.
