Carmo (Harry Cameron). The Great Carmo Fair Photograph. England, 1935. Oversized image of Bertram Mills, Esq. standing before Carmo’s banner-line display at the opening of Mitcham’s Chartered Fair, in August of 1935. Mounted to a stiff board, 18 ½ x 23”. Poor condition with scratches, wear, and tape. Sold as-is, and together with a retouched negative of the image, and quantity of oversized photos of Carmo and his troupe, but later prints, most 11 x 14”.
