Two-panel folding pictorial postcard issued to commemorate the challenge escape of Houdini from an iron maiden “gibbet” at the Glasgow Coliseum, October 22, 1909. Pictures show the audience and Houdini on stage with the committee and device. Boldly signed in one image, “Harry Handcuff Houdini.” Blank panel on verso with scrapbook remnants, other printed panel will pencil message. Rare.
