The pneumatic version of Abbott's Blooming Rose Bush, including the original shipping crate, feathered flowers (though real flowers can be used), and reset device. Working well. Original shipping label is addressed to the Abbott's Detroit branch. Height 24”. Working. Mild discoloration to a few leaves, otherwise in very good condition. Scarce. Abbott’s manufactured two versions of this mechanical marvel, one with a clockwork motor, and this version, which relied on pneumatic power to cause the roses to bloom. Surprisingly, both models are likely more rare than the P&L Flower Rose Bush, considered by collectors to be one of the finest props of its kind.
