Four Early Circus Stereoview Cards. 19th century. Including two of Cooper, Bailey & Co.’s Great International Ten Allied Shows, one depicting a white horse inside a tent, the second an overview of the grounds including wagons, wild animals, and white tops; the third a view of a giraffe den; and the fourth a view of a circus parade led by a wagon with flags of many nations. First three with the credit of Bowman (Ottawa, IL). Accompanied by a letter from Fred Dahlinger Jr., who suggests this is the earliest view of such a wagon.
