[ILLUMINATION] An 18th Century Illuminated Persian Prayer Book. Approximately 200 leaves. Text in black and red, illuminated in gold. Several intricately painted spreads, one pictorially (floor plan of a mosque). 6 3/8 x 4”. Detached covers, which are heavily rubbed and reinforced with cello-tape; needs re-binding. Occasional soiling and chipping to edges.
