BURGESS, W. Starling (1878-1947). Two Photographs of W. Starling Burgess. Circa. 1912. 2 Photographs of pioneering aviator and designer and builder of the Dymaxion automobile, W. Starling Burgess. In one photograph he poses next to his Burgess Biplane, and in the other he is seen piloting the Burgess 1912 Hydroplane. Largest 9 x 7”, both mounted on 8 x 10” cards. Very good, cards with chipped corners.
