Glass Penetration. Vienna: S. Klingl, 1920s. A solid sheet of glass in a hardwood frame is pierced by a needle or pencil when its center is covered by a playing card. The card is removed, and the glass is shown to be solid. 12 ½ x 10 ¼”. Hallmarked. Inlaid frame of exceptionally fine craftsmanship.
