Take-Apart Dove Vanish. European, ca. 1930. Two live doves, placed in the wooden chest, vanish without a trace, each piece of the box being taken apart and folded flat to show that the birds are gone. 15 x 15 x 12”. Hand painted. Chipping at edges.
