Miller, Charles Earle. Charlie Miller’s Al Baker Dictionary Trick and Supplies. New York: 1940s. Including the original box, instructions, cue cards, and gimmicked postcard for the feat in which the mind reader apparently divines the word the spectator is thinking of in a pocket dictionary. Together with a large quantity of later dictionaries and Magic Castle postcards, likely procured by Miller and backups.
