E.S. Humphrey. Cards, Inks, Dice, Tools. Acra, NY, ca. 1910s. Pictorial wrappers, stapled. 20pp. [16mo (5 ½ x 3 3/8”)]. Catalog of loaded dice, marked and trick cards, reflectors and other cheating tools. Scarce. Like other suppliers of the era, Humphrey states that his goods are meant for “entertainment” purposes only, but a Postmaster General report from 1912 shows that Humphrey was convicted of mail fraud and sentenced to six months in jail for selling unfair gambling devices.
