Card Rising Houlette. European, 1930s. Handsome metal houlette facilitates the rising of a chosen card from a bridge-size deck isolated inside it. Intricate mechanism is operated by pulling a single thread from the rear of the spun base. 11 ½” tall. Minor wear. Very good.
