Omelet Pan. European, 1910s. Silver-plated spun metal pan with handle. An egg and milk mixture is poured into a borrowed hat, only to turn into a small cake, leaving the hat unharmed. Diameter 4 ¾”. Uncommon design with handle. Minor tarnishing. Very good.
