Barr (old repair to outer margin, some browning, marring to gutter of 1*). Original pebbled red cloth stamped in blind and lettered in gilt, brown coated endpapers (a bit of rubbing at extreme ends, minor dust soiling). An extremely rare edition of this early guide to New York City (no copies held in any institution and no copies selling at auction in the past 100 years).
