Babbott (1854–1933), his copy, with typed letters to and from the publisher discussing this book and the difficulty in obtaining a signed copy from Hoover; John Michael Kauffman (bookplate and newspaper clippings). LIMITED EDITION, one of 990 copies of the first publication by the Huntington Press, this being out of series as the publisher sent this complimentary copy to Babbott.
