October 6, 1925. 2 pp. typed, rectos only, 4to (330 x 215 mm). Hand annotations and revisions in red ink by a later hand, original cancelations with publisher’s initials signed in acknowledgment at outer margin. Signed by both publisher’s presidents and two witnesses. The contract states that a total of 20,000 copies are to be published by Grosset & Dunlap with a royalty of 10 cents to be paid for each copy sold.
