INSCRIBED BY KAY TO DEDICATEE CARL HAVERLIN, dated November 29, 1967. Kay worked for Broadcast Music, Inc. alongside Carl Haverlin (BMI President), later becoming a distinguished professor at Lehman College writing 5 operas and composing over 135 scores.
