Modern Cabinet. Los Angeles: F.G. Thayer, 1930s. A beautifully decorated cabinet used to produce multiple assistants in the center of the stage after being shown cleanly on all sides. Owned by John Daniel, and likely The Great Virgil. Classic stencil painted dragons in the iconic Thayer style on each side panel, with a pattered cloth interior. Includes original wooden travel cases. Side panels stand 73” tall. Wear and loss to some of the wooden features and finish, but in working order.
