U.S. Commemorative Issues Specialized Collection in 20 Volumes. 1907-1990s. Extensive mint collection of United States commemorative issue stamps, plate # blocks and First Day covers, neatly mounted and identified in 20 albums, including three 3 large binders and seventeen Elbe spring back albums. The collector intended to mount choice singles, plate blocks and covers for each Scott number represented. Better MNH stamps, sets and plate blocks are present, commencing with #328-330, #537 #367/369, #-372, # 390 PB, #612 PB, various other plate blocks in the $100+ range, with plate blocks, singles and covers that appear to be nearly complete for a period of 70 or more years. No faults seen. 2021 Scott Cat. value of first volume of the 19 present is likely to be in the $3,000 range, with $1000s more in the remaining 18 volumes. Many $100s in face value.
