Publisher’s red pictorial cloth with black and gilt-stamped decorations. Arthur Good was an engineer and science educator who wrote under the pen name of Tom Tit for the French magazine L’Illustration. His books are considered to have laid the groundwork for modern science education for children. A very fine copy.
