The area from 87th St. south to Stegler Road is depicted with the names of owners of acreage therein, as well as public parks and roads, including the significantly smaller Lake Calumet. –– 3 black and white photographs depicting a bustling downtown Chicago street ca. 1896, the Tribune Tower ca. 1940s, and The Million in Ten Weeks Banquet held at Hotel La Salle on 2 April 1917 – and 11 books, including titles on land values, city directories, and Chicago history.
