FIRST EDITION of this rare example of American pochoir printing illustrating the major components of the exhibit, highlighting Urban's color schemes. The director of the color scheme of the exposition was the architect Joseph Urban (1872–1933) who “created an expanse of beauty never seen anywhere. Twenty-eight colors were selected for the decoration of the buildings. The American Asphalt Paint Co. received the commission to “match Mr. Urban's difficult palette” in “the largest single paint contract of its type ever awarded
