FIRST AMERICAN EDITION, second printing with the imprint listing both the stereotypers and printers on copyright. Rare in this binding of possibly an unrecorded sequence not listed in BAL. BAL notes a binding sequence of a “bound together” copy (BAL E) being in a different textured cloth (green TR cloth) but has the same binder’s title.
