Crime scene silver gelatin prints depicting Chicago police officers moving bootlegger Roger Touhy and retired police officer Warren Miller after they were attacked outside of the home of Touhy’s sister on the night of December 16, 1959. 7 x 5”. Each photograph has typewritten or handwritten notations in the margins with one photograph bearing a typewritten notation on the image itself. Marshall Marker was the only photographer to arrive on the scene before Touhy and Miller were taken to the hospital.
