Black and white images of Georgia inmates walking in a line with shovels on their shoulders, a prisoner in stocks, and three men removing their chains upon the abolishment of the use of chains for prisoners in 1938. Largest, 7 ¼ x 9”. Wire stamps on versos of all three; wire bulletins pasted onto the versos of two photographs.
